Refund Policy

F5 Range is committed to providing exceptional training and services. We understand that plans can change and aim to address refund requests fairly and transparently.
1. Course Cancellations by the Customer
- Refunds for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the scheduled course date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the course date are non-refundable.
2. Course Rescheduling
- Customers may request to reschedule their course at least 7 days before the scheduled date without penalty.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the course may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
3. No-Shows
- Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notification will result in a forfeiture of payment.
4. Course Cancellations by F5 Range
- In the unlikely event that F5 Range cancels a course, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Merchandise and Products
- Refunds for physical merchandise purchased through F5 Range are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
- Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed once the item is returned and inspected.
6. Digital Products
- Digital products (e.g., e-books, course materials) are non-refundable unless a technical issue prevents access to the product.
7. Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
8. Non-Refundable Fees
- Certain administrative fees, processing charges, or third-party fees may not be refundable.
